Leadership Affects Customer Loyalty
#12, June 17, 2008
Over the past few months I have been asking business leaders that question... what does your organization need to do to optimize success? We eventually get down to something along the lines of: "to provide such great value that our customers not only keep coming back--they bring their friends and family with them."
What does the organization have to do to create that kind of relationship with the customer... to have that level of satisfaction and loyalty? Obviously, everyone in the organization who impacts the customer relationship needs to be committed to delivering that value promise.
Only employees who are passionate about their organization and their work can create passionate customers.
So what makes employees passionate? A great workplace, created by great leaders! It takes great leadership at all levels of the organization to create a work environment where employees are passionate about delivering the value promise.
Leaders who treat all team members with respect; who bring out the best in them; who help all employees understand the meaningfulness of what they do, and who build high performing teams.
Treat your employees the way you want them to treat your customers.
