Integrating Technology into the Special Needs Classroom

During my years as a teacher, I learned all children have different learning styles. While some are content to just listen, others need to see the words they are hearing and still others need to do something active. For me, part of meeting that need was integrating technology into the classroom. Using whiteboards and other technology, I revolutionized my classroom, and students left feeling smarter and more engaged than they had when they first entered my class. Now, that I have stepped back from teaching, I want to help other teachers. I want to make sure that what I taught stays in the classroom, helping students long after I'm gone.
